Piglet serum specific antibodies against the challenge strain enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli O149:K88 in piglets fed without (Control; n = 19) or with (Supplemented; n = 15) supplementation of live yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain CNCM I-4407 (Actisaf; Lesaffre Feed Additives, Marcq-en-Baroeul, France) challenged at d 29. Values represent mean ± SEM of titer. Statistically significant difference was observed between treatments (P < 0.05). Differences indicated for each time point are †P < 0.10,*P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, and ***P < 0.001. Replication effect was not significant (P > 0.05)
